The Skinmiso Pore Purifying Toner is a moisturizing toner that soothes sensitive, irritated skin after cleansing while controlling sebum production. A weakly acidic toner that restores the balance to hightened pH after cleansing while clearing wastes and dead skin cells remaining in the pores.

How to Use:

• Apply an appropriate amount onto a cotton pad
